Retail has changed. Supplier thinking needs to change with it.
Keynotes, conferences, leadership sessions and roundtables exploring the realities of today’s retail landscape and what suppliers need to do differently to remain relevant, credible and easier to choose.

The relationship between retailers and suppliers is becoming more demanding. Expectations are shifting, differentiation is harder to achieve and approaches that once created traction do not necessarily work in the same way today.
My talks examine what is changing beneath the surface. How retailers are thinking, what buyers are really evaluating and the commercial logic behind why some suppliers become the obvious choice while others struggle to stand out.
I draw on experience from both sides of the table, combining my background as a former buyer at ADEO and Kingfisher with my ongoing work with suppliers across commercially important retail situations.
The new retail landscape
My most requested talk looks at the new retail landscape and what it means for suppliers in practice.
It explores how retailer expectations are evolving, where established supplier approaches are beginning to fall short and what needs to change in the way suppliers think about their offer, positioning and commercial approach.
Depending on the audience, I can also explore areas including supplier differentiation, offer evaluation, private label, retailer decision-making and what it takes to become a supplier that is genuinely easier to understand, believe in and choose.
Every session is adapted to the audience and the purpose of the event, from a keynote designed to challenge thinking at scale, to a more focused leadership session, workshop, panel or roundtable.
