1. Who we are

This website is published by LaRévolution SASU, 5 Rue du 11 Novembre, 62138 Billy-Berclau, France (SIREN 992 088 229, RCS Arras). LaRévolution is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. Contact: transform@la-revolution.fr.

2. What we collect

Information you give us: your first name and email address when you request the free playbook or subscribe to the newsletter, and the details you share when you contact us or book a call (name, email, company, message).

Information collected automatically: technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time spent on the site, used for analytics and to keep the site running well.

3. Why we use it

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who processes your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us run this website and our communication, such as our website host, our email and contact management platform, a form delivery service that forwards contact form messages to our inbox, and our call booking tool, or when required by law. These providers may process data outside your country. When that happens, appropriate safeguards are applied, in line with the GDPR.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Newsletter and playbook contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to improve your experience and analyse traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some features of the site may then not work as intended.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, ask for portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to transform@la-revolution.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Third-party links

This website links to external sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

10. Children

This website is not intended for anyone under 18. If we learn that we hold data about a minor, we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
